清理仓库：移除构建产物/工具状态等无关文件，保留.idea共享IDE配置

- .gitignore 排除 .vscode .claude .omc target/ forensics/ .DS_Store 等
- .idea/ 目录保留在版本控制中（共享IDE配置）
- 从版本控制中移除约440个无关文件
