Peijun Zhao c963035c99 docs: add logo, fully Chinese README, no mixed English 
- Add logo.png (200px width, centered above title)
- Replace All English headers/descriptions with pure Chinese
  - 'Why Aluer' → '为什么选择 Aluer'
  - 'FAQ' → '常见问题'
  - 'Contributors' → '贡献者'
  - All badge labels, button text, footer in Chinese
- Fix anchor links to match Chinese headings
